Thanks for the comment Andy , I will try & post a few pics. as things progress a bit.

Heres an update : Its 2:00 in the AM & I am taking a short break before heading back out to put a couple more pistons, rings, & rods in.

I wish I was as "Camera Cool" as some of my Pantera crew is but since I am not here is my best play by play, latest , most up to date , minute by minute shot of the night...

Quick update b/c its after 2:00 am Again....

The engine hatch is fitted , finished & completely ready for paint as of last week...

The longblock is finally assembled & will be headed to the shop for paint in the next day or so.. Heres a sneek peek for now before paint , I couldn't resist setting the intake & carb enclosure on to see how it looked...

Got the motor all prepped , then etch primed it where it needed it & then shot some good DP74 epoxy on it before getting its custom mix "511 red" shot on it yesterday evening... Now if it was only sitting in the bilge ready to fire I could get some rest....

Just incase anybody is paying any attention to my avatar.. I will go ahead & say No those are Not the valve covers I was waiting on.. They are just on there for mock-up & to keep things nice & clean until the new ones arrive & I get some paint on them...

BTW : Some of you other Saber dudes (yeah I'm talking to all 4 of you) need to thaw the ice off your boats & get out & take some pictures , or tear your boat apart , or do something exciting... I feel like I may have to start posting in the Adrenaline section , or maybe even the Platinum section with those other 3 guys...
