Did not realize these tabs had a huge chunk cut out of them. They seem a bit long for a 28.

Some progress, got one motor in making sure the new imco exhaust and risers going to line up. Got some swirl away sea strainers from Hardin marine. Lots of “while the motors are out” parts replacing trim oil reservoirs, new bilge pumps, hoses, and stainless thru hull fittings, starters, fuel lines, hydraulic steering lines.

The pan was sitting on the stringers so they had to cut a 1/2 in for some extra clearance. Some good looking stringers with 1/4+ inch of glass all around.

One motor back in and other one is not far behind. Still have a few weeks until swim platform gets back. Still need to service outdrives, replace fuel lines, install some freshwater hookups so motors can be flushed more easily, replace drive indicator cables, may replace hydraulic steering lines as well, install drive sync, and a partridge in a pear tree.

Tons of compliments from Chad and Daniel on build quality of this boat. These guys have worked on some of the baddest boats and race boats. The build quality is on par with a Cigarette the way the rigging is done and the craftsmanship just 100% custom and way overbuilt. Hope she performs as well as it’s built.

Had to replace 3 fuel injectors.... But replacing the power steering hoses and adding the second pump really stung, that stuff cost as much as the exhaust.

Finally got swim platform back, looks good, fits too.

They are working on the rigging now putting in new fuel lines, new lines for steering system, new cables, etc.

Took the family snow skiing. Love that time of year playing in the snow and gives me something to look forward to when it’s not boating season.
