Some more progress! Transmissions adaptor plates are done, transmissions mounts are done, engine cradle test fit in the boat. (Don't mind the dirty bilge )

The final drive extension design is done! Had to really simplify the design to keep the cost down. Ended up deciding to make them out of solid 6061 aluminum and will have them cut on a water jet!

I picked up my 190lb block of aluminum today, 19.5x20.5x4.5

Drive location has been determined, now just need to do the finish angle checks on the inside for the drive line

I'm speechless! That is just cool out-of-the-box thinking!!! I assume you going to install longer studs and go through spacer?
Just for s#%* and giggles, the studs in the Kaama housing are Inconel and almost impossible to get out. I broke off a drive and the machine shop had to drill them out, and we replaced them with larger stainless.
