hblair, If you are wanting the top piece that has several angles A friend of mine had my client who is one of my insureds make a perfect replacement. I think he paid around $500. If you like I can ask if he still has his broken one that was used as a template. If he does I will be happy
to send you measurements and photos to make sure the same and ask my client if he will make another. It is large company with very specialized plastics equipment.

90viper, thanks for the info, if there's a company out there that can do that, I'd just as soon have that company to take care of it if they can. I've got plenty of other things to do lol. Were they able to put the KV scarab back on there?

Port gunnel area

Starboard gunnel to instrument panel

Pretty intricate but of woodcutting to get the pieces to lay down right

All clamped in place

Had to replace almost all the instrument cluster coring. Opted to completely cover the openings with solid wood then cut it back out later, so the wood would be nice and flush. Also cored the helm area with 3/4” instead of 1/2” like they had it. Will be going with hydraulic steering of course and want it to be nice and solid.

The coring below the compass was amazingly not rotten. Coring under the drive indicators was ok also. I’m gonna try to do some grinding tomorrow and finish the glass work in the cockpit. Sorry for the typos in the above post, was gonna edit but it is practically impossible on this phone.
