Finally got around to it Andy, While I have the stern up in the air. I put a straight edge on the bottom lined up with the right drive. If anything it might have literally half a mil of hook? Looks great to me what do you guys think?

Well Heath, from what I remember (and that's the key) my hull bottom was about the same but the chine was much worse so maybe lay that straightedge on your chine and if it's the same as your hull bottom then you don't have the same problem I had. Either way I think Patrick could also check out his Kaama to verify that my memory cells are still intact.
Also can't wait for you to try to wrap that thick rub rail around the nose, not going to be easy.

Ok here’s the chines. Interestingly, the port side has a rocker of about 1.4mm, and the starbd chine has a hook of 1.2mm 20-22 inches from the transom.

What's you guys thoughts on this? I'm thinking the starboard hook could be taken out in the gel coat. I bet the gel is at least 3/16" or more. Does this sound feasible? Or is this such a small amouth to leave alone?

Heath, if I'm looking at that right you are putting the straightedge on the lifting strake and not the chine (the flat area underneath closest to the side of the hull). Check that and we'll all have an opinion on what you should do, lol.

You're right, it's on the strake not the chine, my bad. Is the chine actually in the water when you're on plane? Here's a video of my 30 footer at 70mph, and it looks to me like the chines are pretty much out of the water.
