Been awhile since I touched the boat, this is more that parts were in the way and needed to move so I threw all the interior parts in and surprisingly most everything fit haha. The seat needs a little massaging but for the first time mocking everyone up I love the way it looks! The new aluminum seat frame is nearly 40lbs lighter than the old plywood pos. I can’t remember the weight difference on the panels but it’s all really light in comparison. If I can find some more time I want to get the swim deck fit up and mounted.

Don’t mind the dirt, got the exhaust back on with the new aluminum trim pieces I made, ditched the 3/8” stainless for 3/16” aluminum. Trying to shave a little everywhere I can, 8lb loss. Swim deck up next
