I had the same problem with an aluminum boat...

I had the same problem with an aluminum boat lift. Two solutions, change out the wood bunks to aluminum bunks, or add more weight, I went for the 2nd and added concrete. Good luck

I think on the newer Sea Doos that you have to squeeze one of the hoses off if you are towing it because it will flow water somewhere you dont want it, but I can't remember the specifics.

Braided lines with built in snubbers

I've been looking for years and I can't find anybody that sells them. I bought a set over 15 years ago and they were great, 20ft lines, with about 1' of bungee cord inside the braid near the eye...

I do believe that the owner of Lakeport owns a white bertram that has been on the lake as long as I can remember. I actually had the pleasure of washing it 17 years ago when I worked there.
