I know at least 2-3 people around me that had major rot issue on their Fountain 38 EC...had to pull the engines / drives and redo the transom and strigners.. 2 of them are sitting on trailers.

beautifull boat.. i would just remove the arch, cut the windshield down and wrap it....

My 2002 27 with 496HO with 26P cutting edge do 67-68 almost full of fuel and 2 persons...but never seen 70-71.
