My roller cam will be here tomorrow the old cam was a crane flat tappet and I used Brad Penn and Lucas zinc additive and it still wiped the lobe off in 20 min I am done with flat tappets.

Oil filter bypass

After wiping a lobe off of my camshaft I realized that a lot of material went through the motor is it good practice to block off the oil filter bypass or will I be asking for problems

What kind of carb and manifold do you have I just put the performer rpm manifold and a holley on the stock motor just to check clearance and it looks like it will clear by about 3/4 of an inch
