I just wiped them off. I’ll pull another cover after just firing it to see bit I don’t think it’s an oiling issue. I think it’s an old parts issue.

I think it's just from sitting over the winter - not too concern with that. I just fired it up for the first time this spring, so I could take another look but my assumption is that oiling is good....

They're supposed to be new rockers, but I'm not so certain which is why I ask. They were the same ones I had in the motor originally.
