Cat, small cabin, 100 mph, twins, newer, turn key, 100k. I'd have to recommend you start looking for a 26' to 28' cat with wackers. A pair of 496's will get you there (barely) if you have to have...

For your needs I'd say go with the single I/O. I would also look into the 26' Daytona vs. the 27'. The bottoms are identical (both are 26' 10"). Just the deck is different. Should save a little...

Catt..... I'd agree with you and drive where the speed where the boat seems "happiest". We have the Smartcraft system on our 26' Daytona and the fuel burn is the same, or worse at 55 than it is at...

Another vote for Revolution Marine. Have them in our 26' Daytona. Four place set-up. Two boom mics front and throat mics for the rear. Have stereo wired in as well as the factory Merc warning...
