Wow. I didn't expect that you'd have to pay for the dock on a monthly basis too. I thought it would be included in the purchase price.

What do most people do when they crash for the night? Or...

Hey guys, I used to be around this forum quite a bit several years ago but the Army, kids, jobs, starting a new business, etc got us out of boating for a few years. Now that things are starting to...

Re: 21' To 23' V Bottoms

Correct, the 28 is the 110mph boat. But, they do have a 25 Bullet that will do over 100mph.

With its ocean tested bottom the 25 BULLET is afraid of nothing. Our unique bottom design allows the...

Re: 21' To 23' V Bottoms

Howard sells their Bullet with power to reach 110mph. I believe it's a 25' though. Also, Dan Vining's BAJA H2X running 109 MPH in the LOTO shootout is pretty fast. However, there's always someone...

Re: Anyone seen this boat before?

Thanks for the replies fellas. I spoke to the owner over email and he said that the engines have 600 hours on them with the last 100 with the upgraded equipment. It sounds like they've never been...

Anyone seen this boat before?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4642755645

I saw it listed on another website for $27,500. It looks clean but isn't that a bit high? Also, 450HP through those TRS...

Re: Winter Upgrades

Jason,
I have a 226 as well. Can you pm me with some details on how you made the hatch, etc. My hatch probably weighs about that much too! A very poor design to say the least.
I thought about...

Re: Winter Upgrades

Well, I just finished my second rebuild of the season...that's enough for now. When I get motivated I'll start thinking of redoing my hatch too. It kind of bends to the starboard side since the...

Re: Hello all!

Longrange4u,
I know this post is kinda late but did you own a boat before? Normally your insurance will allow you a "grace" period before the boat has to be put on the policy. My policy allows me...

Re: Water pump impeller broken. Help!

Mats,
I have one cooler on mine and that is where the chunks ended up. You may have to reach in with needle nose pliers to remove some pieces if they won't backflush out. The pieces should be...

Re: New mild power - go local or...

If you want 496's, why not stroke the 454 you've got with a forged crank and upgrade the pistons to forged as well? Pick up a set of Merlins with Inconel valves. It will be cheaper than buying a...

Re: Whats a 99 Ram 2500 with the cummins worth

Did you take a look at the front suspension components? I used to run a plow business up north.
With 110K miles, you NEED to check the front end on that truck. I know you said it was used to plow...
