Hering 6 Blades

6 blade herings are the fastest prop for the Quattro, but harshest on drives. The cruise speed is approx. 6-8 mph faster than 5 blade merc's. (I have a pair of those to - 34's) Herings are perfect...

With the 5 blade maximus you won't run the boat over 100mph. You need to go with 6 blade herring - 34 pitch. They have a lot of slip while plaining but Herring cupped the ears on mine for better...
