1995 Baja 272, 7.4 carb

Having an odd issue. Boat starts up and runs fine. After cruising for a little while.....20-30 min (ive varied the speeds on different times) the boat starts to fall off and if i dont throttle back...

The black lobster (strombergs). They have a band there tomorrow after 5pm. High tide is around 6:45 so that could work for the end of the day.
They don't mind you rafting off either.
