Avoid IEDs if you can, they dont hold up worth a damn unless they are up-armored.

some of the 24s and 28s have the back seats all...

some of the 24s and 28s have the back seats all the way against the transom, others have about 30" storage space between the transom and back seat. This may be what they are referring to.

As I'm sure that you are aware, the more friction before the prop, the less horsepower to the prop. The speed drop depends on the increase in friction.

How are you mainly going to use the boat? The ultra stealth looks like its more of a ski boat. There are probably better hulls out there...
