my 27 same motor with a hydromotive 4 blade get 69-70 no bottom paint. Like stated above lose the bottom paint and go from there.

Figured it out! I checked and re checked everything toady. Tps ohms- great, fuel pressure- great. So i did some reading and found a thread of the same symptoms and a guy said 502 mpis with low drive...

it was tuned up beginning of season. ran great all summer. then did this 1 time the first day 2-3 second now it does it 10-12 before i can get and plane and drive it like normal. would ecm go in safe...

also if i hit the throttle 5-6 time all of a sudden it works as it should with no problem? then i sit and it does it again.

so i did some more testing today..... same...

so i did some more testing today..... same problem

fuel water separator was changed.

it will run fine ever bit of the way to 2700rpm and stay at that till i hit 28 then falls on it face.
