Ron's way to repairing a worn Gimbal Ring is by far the best way out there....I just finished doing twins and it was no way as labor intense as the merc way.....NEVER AGAIN will do a merc way...

Just received my two gimbal rings back from J-R Marine...you can't tell they were repaired...look brand new including the rebuild of the shoes....worth every bit of the cost which was more then 60%...
