Outdrive is off, seal is good (gonna replace it anyway) no water in oil..... I did notice that when i run it, there are little air bottles that come up sometimes, all the oil will get pushed out of...

Gear oil overflow

I am having the same problem, My cap is good, I changed the oil, filled from bottom up, and it still pushes all the oil out of the reservoir. I'm stumped!:poopoo:

Hot Engine Oil

I have a 95 Nordic 28 heat with an engine oil temp gauge. Running a 468 bbc and the engine oil is around 300* (give or take 10* Is this normal? The engine temp stays right around 160*

Well everyone, I checked for air bubbles in the suction side of the fuel system, none, also have 0" vacuum on the gauge I attached. Do have 7-8 psi fuel pressure at the carb fuel pressure side....

Dyno report

They used my ignition system to do the dyno test.

They started the dyno test at 3000 528 tq 301 hp

I have a 26p bravo prop 4 blade.

I believe my check balls are still in, I will see and pull...

Poor performance

I have a 95 Nordic 28' heat with a gen IV bbc, 563hp and a Bravo I and a 26p prop. The problem I am having is the engine dyno'd up to 6200 rpm and in the boat it won't turn more than 4200 at 63mph....
