Yesterday we were running between 40-50mph. I could have easily ran much faster but just enjoying the day.
A 28 will handle the conditions yesterday also. 30-50mph is no problem.
We will need to get you some ballast bags made if you plan to use the boat down here a lot. They are a must and will totally change the ride of the 28' in rough water. I can talk to the guy who does my canvas work and get a price for you.
From what I hear about LOTO might just want to leave them in there LOL

I have same boat and spent some time in the ocean with it. That speed 30-50 may be ok can get wet if wind is blowing the wrong way. Most of the time small cats like 70-85 in that water to get up on top, people in the back need good seats with support.

Had some nice weather today in the ocean along the beach. It was a little cooler weather. Only 80 degrees.
Above run was with 4 people and 65 gallons of fuel.
Had a great day with family.
Can't wait for some bigger props.

Default A Shout out to Bock Rugs

Well with the summer dinner night trips coming I decided the boat needed a little pop in the interior while tied up to the dock to represent Skater Nation. Wanted something original other than std Skater logo.

Step one Conception:

Step Two need good templates other than original which fit had a little bit to be desired. I used blue covergaurd.

I want to thank Danny Ninsley at Bock Rugs for knocking it out of the park He even sent me a bunch of samples so I could pick what matched the paint. Together we came up how to outline the same and give it some depth.
Carpet is treated with stain/.water proofing and rubber backed with binding around the edges.
I would recommend these guys anytime.

Finshed Product

Ron,

You should do this full time...No one puts a boat together better than you.

The attention to detail and the quality of the work is unmatched...even by the big boys.
