Whew! I finally finished my quest to become Minnesota noise legal today. I had to remove the mufflers again to fully bolt on the turn-downs as there was only a 1" flange. Just in case, I installed DMP internal flappers. Then, I replaced the 4" exhaust hoses for good measure. This custom Imco tie-bar was necessary to clear turn-downs. I also added a set of Hardin Marine drive showers. Stainless, anyone?

I agree. Someday, I hope to move to Florida. Around my waters, there are not many go-fast boats. So, you get picked on.

I'm finally getting down to the easier items on the list. My side vents had really yellowed. I wanted to replace them with the stainless side vents I saw on the 31SS at the Miami Boat Show. Unfortunately, the cutout is smaller and they wouldn't work. So, I ordered 8 new plastic vents and painted them using an etching primer and white paint. Much more better!
