Was seeing almost 74 at top end (around 5500 rpm), but we have to raise the engines, you have to trim the engines way up to get them to that RPM level and George put it best..."your just shooting your horsepower into the air"
I put almost 8 hours on her this weekend, was hoping to break 10 hours, but had to cut yesterdays trip short. The wind picked up around 11 30 AM and the bay was a MESS. I ran for an hour or so and then just decided to call it a day

I dont think 80-82 is out of the question...if I go with some top end props, but for now, I do like the mid range from the bravos, its definitly a good 'starter' prop. I think when we raise the engines this weekend, we will get a better idea

What other props will you be testing with?

The Chopper and Lightning might give you better control at the higher RPMs

Correction,
The Chopper and Lightning will give you better top end...but will NOT give you better control at all.
I remember on my 27 Activator with a single MRD I/O the Lightning style prop made the 27 slide at turns.
I hope R doesn't de-list "Activator" boats here too

muhahahahaha
