Old Superboat lift being pulled out today !!!!!

I have to ask, what are they getting for the labor?

CMC, its a little hard to figure out, as I am having a couple of other jobs being done ( 50' of dock going out 3' and a jet ski lift installed ) and it was a total price, but I would say to remove the 4 post lift and install the 2 post lift would be around 2K.

Dan, the 4 pole lift was sold to a local guy a couple of blocks away.

With the new lift being angled away from the dock. Is it going to be harder to get on and off the boat ?

Rick, its hard to tell in the photos, the dock will be extended in the area just forward of the front cowlings, so you step on the deck, then into the cockpit area.

Thanks Keith, a couple of issues came up with the lift, but all and all, were GETTING READY FOR A SLAMMING SEASON !!!!!!

Just put in the new Jet Ski lift, 2 weeks until splash time !!!!!

Every thing complete ( lifts and new dock), waiting for the Y2k or the Ultra 250 to show up !!!!!

Hey gary hows that kawaski run,250 hp must be sweet, i have a sea doo gtx 215 goes about 70 also have honda turbo 65(jasons ski) i also have 03 185hp sea doo but blew engine up last season. the seadoo rides a lot smoother than the honda hows the kaw,i heard its a big ski with good ride. whats up with the y2k,mines real close

Dave, let me start by saying your Boat/Motor Pkg, looks great !!!!The Kawaski Ultra 250 is a BLAST, the raw power from the roots blower is awesome, I just sold a Sea Doo GSX Limited and was ready to go Sea doo again, when the Monster Ultra 250 came along. The motor and the Y2k will be all ready for May 1st !!!!!!!

Pat, Keith thanks, they say she should run 70-72 mph ( Ultra 250 ) but you guys know I would never push a new motor to the limits. :D :evilb: :evilb: :evilb:

LOL... that's insane! look out for the seagulls!! I had a minor hit with a pelican about two weeks ago at those speeds - he was ok but I don't think he'll wait that long again to launch!! :D
