Bayside Lakes is just south of Palm Bay, and about 20 miles north of Vero Beach.

Robert, the old Sutphen is truly looking beautiful. I really hated to see it go, but it is obvious that it went to a good home. Keep the updates coming. I can`t wait to see what kind of speeds you`ll see with the new horsepower.
