There was a wreck or something on 105 going towards town when I was on my way to Houston this morning. I turned around and went through Wstultzville.

Oh, and for those of you that still have mortgages, BOA is advertising 4.375 on their website for refinance on 30year fixed tearm. Doesn't get much closer to free than that.
