Been for sale at least a year if not two, about 5 down from me, its pretty nice, i think aluminum bottom rather than fiberglass, definately not as fast as mine but stairs are in the front, it has covered bow which is nice never been inside but have no reason not to think its not good....
FYI houseboats are known to have about a 20-25 year life span on tanks, sub floor and other things so if you want poo in your bilge along with oil they are a good investment.... Probably the best thing i ever bought, i thought i would get tired of it but it has been a blast.... mine is a 98 i would sell it for $88k or half for $50k.... if i sell it i will replace it immediately if not i have big plans for redo starting in march but details are not available at this time So if you start the redo, does that mean you will never use it again, like the rest of your redo projects? |

I thought you wanted a cabin? I think the writing of your vows has gotten your head all screwed up. It will probably be better after the honey moon.

No. Merrill has been trying to sell that for a while. It looks like they ended up with the cary molds. Deck, cabin, cockpit, everything. Pretty cool but can't imagine the cost of rigging a boat like that.:party-smiley-004:

Wade, it doesn't get any better than this. Look slike your ship has come in.

We can get cabinets, carpet, harware etc. from chadwick homes, put one engine in it to move it around the lake and use it as a houthboat.

I think it is funny that the Ref from American Gladiators is the ref from the movie "Dodge Ball"

The family of a Magnolia man missing since a boating accident early Saturday morning on Lake Conroe could do nothing more than wait while law enforcement officials looked Monday for any sign of the Sam Houston State University student.
Advertisement Chad Austin Ryman, 23, was out with two friends on the lake when the boat they were on began sinking, according to Sgt. Randy Sanson, of the Montgomery County Precinct 1 Constable's Office Marine Patrol Division. Sanson said Montgomery County Central Dispatch received a 9-1-1 call from someone on the shore about the sinking boat just after 3 a.m. His officers responded along with crews from the North Montgomery County Fire Department. "Deputies responded to the area known as Live Branch Creek, finding a 20-foot Larson Motorboat damaged, sinking and adrift in the area commonly known as the old League Line Marina," Sanson said. "Deputies and firefighters were able to locate and secure two passengers from the vessel." The pair was rescued and transported by ground ambulance to an area hospital, as the search continued for Ryman. Searchers are utilizing a variety of methods and tools, including sonar equipment provided by Texas Equusearch. Sanson said the names of the other two passengers were withheld Monday because the incident remained under investigation as officers continued to search and gather information. A patterned search began soon after the crash, Sanson said, and was continuing as of late Monday afternoon. "We'll continue searching until we find him," Sanson said. Ryman's parents, Jeff and Cindy, and his older brother, Jeff Jr., were too distraught to talk on Monday, but, his aunt and uncle, Dana and Pamela Ryman, said the family was trying to remain hopeful. "We don't know all of the details yet," Dana Ryman said. "We were told the boat ran into a bulkhead." Chad Ryman graduated from Tomball High School in 2002 and is currently enrolled at Sam Houston State University. He is also employed part-time and plans to join the military. Dana Ryman called his nephew an "amazing young man - very smart and very loving." "He was about to enlist in the Air Force," Dana Ryman said. "He already made up his mind and was real excited. His main focus was the Air Force." Jamie Nash can be reached at [email protected]. |

Quoted from Wadestultz. And don't worry about me buying a boat. I'll buy one when I find the right one and I will only call on that ONE. Stop posting listings about boats that would be good for me if you don't want my opinions on them. Yes, I've seen just about every boat for sale including all of the listings in europe. So, long story short....shut your cake hole and go outside and get your magnum running.:violent040::signs069::party-smiley-048: |

Joe do you know any more about that? How terrible. Warnings about fast night driving should be on every boat launch public and private like they are on a lot at Lake travis.
