what a shame. Its sad to see that kind of beauty get trashed, and there is nothing you can do about it.
the 35' Fountain "Size Duz Matter" is waylan's boat. |
HOLY CRAP that sucks.:(
|
Yes, I really feel sorry for those involved. Take a look at Tommy's picture to see the weather 5 hrs. earlier.
|
thats just like that freak storm we had on conroe a couple of weeks ago that totalled the pontoon boat. WTF !!!
|
That freak storm came up because of all the global warming caused by the poker run performance boats - LOL. Tree huggers suck!

Good time this weekend. Stayed on the lake all weekend. Good food at Tbones.
Sorry to hear the boat damage at the CL poker Run. Hope everyone gets things worked out. |
I think 14 boats took a hit with storm on Saturday. Two rafts of boats broke loose with one pulling a cleat from the dock and then going under the dock. That was "Liquid Prozac" a new 38'. The second group of damage was a rope breaking on Size Matters and 3 boats getting into another raft of boats (where i was) with damage coming shortly after. Baja took a hit, a 43' Nortech and Size Matters was taking on water and had to be pulled late Saturday. There was enough fiberglass flying around that it looked like it was snowing.
Yes my cig took a hit but minor. I bent cavitation plates on both drives, housing on props and trim indicator on starboard drive. Drove boat to 61st docks and pulled it out. Took some scratches on both sides and the swim platform but all will be fixed by middle of next week. My hats off to Clearlake Powerboat Services, they are doing a great job on the boat. Other than the storm, a great time was had by all. The Clear Lake folks did a super job. :ernaehrung004: |
Anyone know how to contact "Fast Eddie"?? A good friend of mine would like to speak to him. I think he has a Formula?
Thanks Capt Ross |

Last time I saw Fast Eddie, he was wearing some coke bottle glasses and lining up a shot on the 8 ball to teach Tom Cruise a little humility. :grinser010:

CAT- 5 is taken, and by a boat 3 times as awesome as a MARES cat so you need to scratch that one off.

You just said like 20 posts ago that all you had to do was sponsor a work visa to get laid. Your always getting mad when someone busts your balls a little. It's OK for you to dish it out, but you can't take it. :Whatever: |
