The biggest thing I hate about building waterfront homes is the bulkheaders. Don't even get me started on these guys. My last conversation went alittle like this...."Hey I have 3 waterfront lots that need the bulkheads redone and new docks, should be some pretty good jobs for you. I had Milstead put a new windsheild in the old Dodge yesterday. Top notch service. They came out to where I was working and replaced it with no extra charge.

The ones I have seen there are pretty rough! I was there about a month ago and one of their docks decided to take a stroll outside of the no wake zone and was heading towards Old River Road storage. I think SeaTow caught it before it hit anything.
