How many constables and game wardens does it take to stop a Stuphen????

I was 3-4 mins behind Wade and Biggerstaff cut me off when he was coming after Wade. There was now way Wade knew he was after him. I guess Biggerstaff is above the law because he never slowed down under 1097 bridge. Bunch of BS...

firehill19 09-01-2013 09:21 AM

Thanks for clearing the way for us to come through!

wstultz 09-01-2013 10:48 AM

What a bunch of crap. Fleeing from officers. Lol. I guess fleeing is running 3500 Rpms across the lake, slowing to idle under the bridge, and slowing to idle in the no wake zones. When is Bigerstaff going to fu(king retire? This guy no longer supports the law he only has his own personal agenda. He was mad because I talked back to him and stated the law in which I was following when I passed him at a whopping 45 mph in a stump infested area of the channel. Apparently that is why I got a ticket for failure to slow for law enforcement and oh yeah, since we can't find anything else wrong, we will write another bs ticket saying we can't read your tx numbers. I will run blocker for you guys anytime because I don't drink while driving the boat. Another reason the parks and wildlife were pissed is because they wasted all that fuel and resource "chasing me" and I hadn't even been drinking. Sorry guys. No revenue for you coming from this guy.

wstultz 09-01-2013 11:53 AM

Apparently there is a new law that says when a law enforcement vessel has someone stopped you must slow to idle when passing. The only law I know of is that you must pass another vessel further than 100 feet away, which I did. Has anyone here ever heard of this other law or is Biggerstaff just making **** up again? I couldn't find it in any uscg boating regulations or anywhere on the txpwd website.

That isn't bad. 5-10k for rebuilt engines and you have a reliable boat needing cosmetics. Moving it to TX will cost another 8k though.

jeff1000man 09-04-2013 03:36 PM

Interesting. You don't need engines, just AC and a power cord to make it a club Inland condo

Engines are just a drop in the bucket, the important thing is the generator runs like a top! :evilb:

Our local Harric County water po po says the same thing ... lights on .. back off to idle......

wstultz 09-10-2013 08:19 PM

It must be an unwritten rule. I can't find it anywhere. I did find a rule that states if the capt of the vessel feels as though changing speed or course puts his vessel and crew in harm then he can remain on same course at same speed. This was the case in the channel I was in. I guess if they want us to follow their laws they probably need to make them public. Lol

jeff1000man 09-11-2013 10:36 AM

Thanks for the birthdays. I agree with Dr. Andy in that I need a new boat, but not in that I need a new project.

joew. 09-11-2013 11:48 AM

OK, Biatches.... What day is it? Hump day!

For those of you who care, we will have the first "marina night" on Friday. Grub, booze, and good times on the 200 dock.

What is the plan for Sat.? Aggies vs. Alabama? This is going to be a great game which I plan to enjoy pool side. Any one else in?

Oh you didn't hear? Most of those guys quit power boating quite a while back, they ended up selling the power out of their rigs, a few of em joined green peace, the rest voted for Obama in the last election, and with all the money they think they are going to save on health care, they decided to get into sail boating. You can find now them on the website, www.stricklysail.com in their new forum title the noballs thread. or if you cant find them their you can find them in the , I am too busy knitting sweaters to keep up with my real friends section. :evilb:
