Not no but HELL NO!!! Your over your gvwr. In Louisiana you would be targeted and sued for everything you own and your insurance won’t pay either.

Glad I'm not in LA then... So outside your legal opinion, do you see anything that isn't safe?

The weak link in that WD setup with the boat trailer is that trailer tongue. You can already see that it is bowed. In an emergency, that thing is going to kink and fold like a tin can.
Personally, I would remove about 18" from that trailer tongue, and still have enough room that it the bow doesn't hit the back of the SUV. And I would either upgrade that to a taller piece of boxed steel and/or sleeve it with two pieces for added strength. I'd also raise the whole WD hitch setup so the trailer is more level. That's going to lead to more dive in an emergency stop the way it is configured now, with more tendency to kind the tongue section.

Factory fresh... Brand new trailer. I'm not qualified to argue with their engineers about the tongue design. It's no more bowed with the WD than without. Might be an optical illusion in the pic. Raising the hitch wouldn't hurt, but there's no engine in the boat in that pic so it might not be balanced as well as if it were in.

Was yours 4:10's Allison?
Yes, 4.10`s

I`m 16,500# on the trailer. The diesel just hums along at 1800rpm and doesn`t give a $hit about some inclines or hills., 3.73 gear , it`s an incredible improvement.
The new truck with 1075tq should be another nice improvement.

Man Im totally not trying to bust your balls. I have a friend that was pulling a skid steer on a goose neck trailer and some other equipment. He was towing with an older Dodge 3/4 diesel. A group of democrats pulled out in front of him and then decided to jam on their brakes (your stopping ability is a concern with your setup). My buddy ended up tattooing them and of course everyone 4 or 5 of them were all hurt. The state trooper wrote up that he was over his gross vehicle weight rating. His insurance has refused to pay and he has had to hire a lawyer. Thats been almost 2 years now and they have not settled yet. You just need to be very careful. You can not watch tv here with out seeing a personal injury lawyer commercial. We are a liability state so anyone can sue anyone here. You dont have to have a reason just pay your filing fee.

Nobody has not mentioned towing with a eco boost yet.

Lol. That Expy is stronger and safer than any regular F350 from a few years back. Ever seen a hydro formed frame from one? I have just shy of 10% weight on the rear bumper. Plenty. Braking is a non issue with EOH brakes and calipers on all six of the trailer wheels. By itself the Expy stops it all nicely if necessary. Do I miss towing with my 05 F350 diesel? In some ways sure, but there are zero things unsafe about towing what I'm towing with that Expy. Incidentally, I don't tow the boat too far to launch it. Not that there would really be anything wrong with it mechanically. I've towed the car trailer loaded thousands of miles.
I don't want to send the OPs thread off on any more of a tangent than it already has so I'll leave it there.

OMG wtf are you smoking?!
YOu think those little rotors and calipers going to stop that overweight set up? Wheelbase makes no difference in towing? Oh It`s fine because the trailer has brakes? Okay cool I`ll put a hitch on my vette , the trailer has brakes so it`s fine right?
You can live in denial land all you want but Eddinel is 100% correct, you get into an accident you`re f ucked, anyone gets hurt you`re even more F ucked.
Good luck with that
