Dave everything that Thunder Dan said is correct, the only thing I will add is I came out of a Sonic 42ss with 6'1" headroom so I'm use to the headroom, the A.T. is much plusher but the headroom at the bottom step is 5'4" and slopes to the v-berth. Pat is working on a slightly raised deck version which will add about 3-5 inches which will help. Also they are working on a new 42 where the headroom will hopefully be over 6'3" at that bottom step. Good luck to you, check the boat out, you'll be very impressed. Jeff

About 4 inches more headroom as you enter the cabin.

It may be a few weeks as my lovely wife is ready to give birth at either any minute or Thurs morning at the latest. Whether she want to or not. Going to be induced.
