Thank you. A lot time and effort...
Picked the boat up from CMI today. Less than two days dropped off to pick up to make custom tails. Granted they're not complicated at all but it took a shop at least that long to get a new end put on the power steering pump hose. Slowly getting things scratched off the list. Sooo many little odds and ends that can take an entire afternoon to get it done cleanly and neatly. Eyeing next Friday as the day to get it wet. Need a couple more pieces. Speaking of which I need to get that ordered now.

Anyone see any potential issues with dumping water out the back right on top of the swim platform instead of the usual out the side? The swim platform is almost wet all the time anyways
Somewhere in my boats life the tow hook was removed and replaced with a stern light, which is not necessary on a boat this size. And the stern light leaves a very small spot of exposed buggered up (crap repair) hole from where the tow hook was. So I could cover that wth the water dump but unfortunately I would have to fill the screw holes from the light, pretty sure the water dump is not wide enough to cover them both, hopefully will have it in hand soon.

My hands hurt from putting a bunch of push lock fittings on hoses. Had to cheat and use a q tip and wipe a small amount of 2 stroke oil in the hose before I'd heat it up with a heat gun and then try and twist and push the fitting in. They're easy but still not fun. Ran the hoses the way I wanted. Should look nice and tidy when everything is secured. Got the water dump mounted. Had to get a little creative because of the existing stern light/tow hook holes but it has turned out well so far. Still have to fill holes with gel and make it look pretty. We're getting close!

Going to run the bilge pump hose to the center port for the time being.

Bad a$$! You should be proud!
Push locks are a emmeffer. I just redid my system and it was the most miserable time in the boat, lol. Did you clamp the ends at all? CP Performance told me they were rated up to 80lbs so I put some ugly hose clamps on it just to be safe, but I'm curious what others have experienced.

Fired her up on the garden hose.... not enough water. Port header (end of the path for raw water) got hot. Not discoloring hot but real hot to the touch. Only one leak, that I could see, 90 into water pump. Easy fix, spin another 360.
Got drive on. Would probably be on the water tomorrow but Mother Nature is a ****. I think we've covered this already. Run battery cables and put seats back in and she's water ready. And put lower on, and figure out how to get motor info on Simrad (JEFF!?!), and 50 other things.
Connected fuel line

Put a hose clamp on just tight enough to grip the hose so that it cannot get any closer to water pump pulley.
