Baja36ft, Do you still have rev limiters in your ignition, you are on the limiter. Put a 28 or 30 pitch prop on that thing and try it again!

Try the 28 or 30 to get off the limiter.This will also give you speed and slip numbers.Juilie and Matt are very good,and will get you dialed in!Good luck.

Even if you go up to a 28 pitch I think you will find you still need to go to a five blade to make your combination work. PPlay is correct if you go up to a 28 you will pick up speed but you will still be slipping a lot. You will also find that if you needed a 28 pitch 4-blade you probably will not be able to turn a 28 pitch 5-blade the same rpm. If you can try a 26 and a 28 pitch 5-blade, one of them should solve your problem. I used to run a 30 pitch lab finished 4-blade Bravo 1. I now run a 28 pitch 6-blade Herring. I tried a 30 pitch 5-blade and I couldn't turn the rpm I needed.
