30" labs were best when we tried this on a 33, but hard to get on plane, 5 blades would be a lot better Im sure

Iwas told one way to test, if you can go higher is trim up a little if you can get on plane it should accept shortys.I here people saying there making power not getting speed check the haul for hooks Baja know for high slip factor Im running 02 33 660 hp.first year 87 is all I could get .Straight edged last 8 feet and installed imcos ,spinning same props 32 labs same rpms 4% more efficnt 95 -96 My prop shaft is three and threequarters from bottom of boat slip factor is 13%

The wife and I had the pleasure of riding on Bobby's 33 in Jacksonville last year and I can tell you first hand that is handles the same at 90+ as it does at 70 MPH.

I have also ridden in a 2001 36 Outlaw with Whippled 502/509's and it was hitting 92 on the GPS.

The 33, 36 and 40 Outlaws all handle very well at all speeds. It just takes a lot of power to get them up there!
