If I had come out and look at this boat based on this description and seen what I have seen in these pictures I would have throttled you for wasting my time. Nothing about the dash, the fade, the bottom needing to be done, the trailer.


I hated watching people give you endless chit about this boat, but when you find yourself in a hole stop digging, don't go rent a backhoe. I am an inexperienced boater that could easily be suckered by your false and misleading claims and I take personal offence to your entire MO. You are not an honest person that is making honest claims. You have made many false claims which when proven to be untrue had a crap excuse and you have done nothing than shoot from the hip. WTF ?There is no cracking at all on this boat. It was actually in AWESOME condition when i bought it. Though it was neglected for some amount of years before we got out hands on it and brought it back to life. Do you even read what you type?

The boat comes with a HEAVY duty trip axle trailer. 6 brand new bearings and 6 tires. 2 new fenders. new lights. etc etc.Completely misleading compared to this "and go for my trailer i really dont care... i told everyone its ratty,"

I believe Phil's first mistake was not knowing the make-up of the OSO community. He has probably spent most of his life on those tuner websites filled with kids talking $hit with absolutely no experience , knowledge, or money . Having some cash flow from cutting grass (in Fla they actually do quite well) and dads money? may elevate him above the other kids ,but he's in over his head on OSO. Most guys on here have really BEEN THERE , DONE THAT countless times. Many (including me ) would almost be embarassed admitting how much they've spent over the years on this $hit , but continue to do it happily. If he had shown some humility from the beginning and maybe taken some advice from OSO members ,even his hack job (and it is a HACK JOB ) could have been chalked up to inexperience and straightened out. All the talk of Hook Ups and connections made reeks of immaturity. If he really wants to try this again , he's dug himself a pretty deep hole to get out of . The problem is he has hurt his credibility on one of the only sites that target his market.

Pull your Ad until you fix the things on the boat and than read some other professionally written ads and duplicate theirs to write yours. Drop the Upstate Crap But do state what you as an individual did to the boat.

Spend a weekend and get the trailer painted and state truthfully what you did to it and what it may need in the ad if it does need further work.

want to talk about a piece of sh!t i wish i had pics of the drives and the indicator cables that were completly rotted through and hanging there lol. boat is a 9 out of 10 needing all new powdercoating, engines gone through, transom repair, moldy cabin, shot carpets, all chrome is green, rotted bravos, but looks great in the 10yr old pics used for the listing!!! boat is listed as original owner. he personally told us he was the 2nd or 3rd he wasnt sure. scum bags are everywhere in the boat sales industry. at least phil stated the things that needed to be finished on his boat
