I am sure I can mill one, if you are willing to wait a bit. I have been very busy trying to get mine ready as well. I had it in the water two days ago to test things out and found the steering was binding. Now I'm in the middle of changing it. Hopefully I will be able to catch up in a couple of weeks. If you are going to LOTO at the end of Aug. I should be there and probably can have one made up for you. Let me know.
If not I will take some measurements when I get some time and post them for you.

1Zoom: I am good with waiting! I have no other options either, so that does make it easier
My email is in one of the above posts, but it is [email protected] and if you could email me contact info, that would be great.
I will say that if I think I can pull off SeafordGuy's idea I would prefer that, although I still would want the ability to hard-lock the cabin door.

I haven't pulled the port side dash yet. I am going to have to pull it at least by the end of the season, for the new stereo install. I am also planning to pull the cockpit deck to sort the freshwater tank/connections/pump. I will (finally) take pictures as I go through a removal and install.

Thanks, I know the floor is just screwed in and sealed with 5200. Dustin Carter has had them out before if you need some answers. I replaced the cable then power steering pump on mine, it was a little better but still not right. Now I decided to go full hydraulic. It's tuff docking with very little assist.

It's easy. About 12-15 bolts or so along the edges. Then the trim sealant. The hardest part is moving it once out. It's so large & odd shaped that it wants to tip over or bump into everything in every direction.

Thanks, my thoughts are to wait until the end of the season and then pull it and do the rollers. The season is to short to tie it up now.
