I can tell you this…dude with a very nice MTI with 1350’s (or maybe 1550’s) got bad gas in Powell and sued and fought for a while but eventually won. Long fight, but they settled.

They should of pumped that crap out if they closed for a whole year!! What a bummer.

What a bummer dude. That's some shady business for sure selling that old gas.

That bad gas **** scares me. I run an sct tuner on my truck which reads the octane adjust ratio. I fill my truck up with 93 from the same station just to monitor the octane all summer as that's where I fill up my boat. Guess ill never leave town LOL.

Local gas station pumps mostly 87. I’m there alot and pass by it alot. Small town. Many years many snowmobiles (many need hi test) burn down from using their 93. I’ve pumped it and it’s aromatics are gone. No nose sting. I warn as many as possible, but can’t stand there. Yeh, tell owner and workers. Uggghhh

I've gotten screwed twice by bad fuel..... Too much risk not knowing what you're getting. These days I mix race fuel with 93. If I'm out of town and short on fuel, either a drum of 117 is going in or the boat is going on the trailer. Sucks for sure man, horrible.

Ya my hand wrtting is $hit,
I wanted to make sure it wasn`t the boostane that was separating out so i treated good gas with boostane as a control.
"boostane gas" left , LOTO gas middle, Clean gas right

I could have sworn I bought gas there last year. Maybe I’m thinking of 2019.

Unfortunately for Dan that fuel dock is tied to a very old ma and pa resort and it would be a waste of time and money. They get a high volume of passing traffic due to BWJ but I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve seen a boat getting gas there over the years when I’m at either BWJ’s or 1932 Reserve. The fact they closed last year is crazy as all the volume gas docks at the lake recorded record sales numbers last year.

Is that the place we went to in 2018 to gas up? One single long dock if I recall? We left the sunblock bag there lol.
