They drain overboard above the rubrail by the front of the fairing. You will see a small drain hole molded into the deck.

I would think you could blow some air through them and possibly clear any abjects. If that does not work then you would have to remove the inserts like Tres said. I have run water through mine so I know the work.

Run a coat hanger through the drain hole works for me!
