I will definitely post accurate results as we go and document them with pics/video the best I can.
|

flexibility. If I am alone, I will drive from the port side but if my wife or Buddy wants to drive, I will throttle from the port side helm and they can drive from the starboard side.

Hey Darren, Congrats on getting there. Im sure you are aware of this but be careful who you plop behind the wheel as a lot of insurance policies are named driver only. I have my girlfriend listed as she is very capable but I also use it as a way out of letting any of my idiot friends drive. Had a whole bunch who were bugging me before I took delivery. Was very easy to cut them out. Good luck with your testing and have fun. Steve.

Can't wait to see how it runs. The interior is beautiful!!!! Need to get a full shot once Mike has the back seat in.. Boat is awesome. |
Thanks Guys for the nice comments. Been a long wait but should have some info any day.
|
You should probably test that myco trailer out by driving to lake of the ozarks and test those outboards at the shootout. For testing purposes of course.

Grant ran the boat this morning with some borrowed props. Ran 121 right out of the box with the outboards 1" above the bottom. Mercury Racing is bringing props for us to test next week.

Maritime, Thanks, I wish I was down there but will be there next week when Mercury is there. I was at Grant's last Tuesday but we did not have any props to use.
|
wow that is a nice setup!!!!
|
man that's not right at all... teaser video!!! :lolhit:
looks fantastic! sounds like it's going to run that way too! |
boat sits really nice in the water with those motors.
Looks bad A$$ too! Were those the Dave Dewald props or Mercury's? What pitch, diameter, rake were they. Just curious. |
Also great call Darren raising hull sides. Boat looks much better
|
Is it going to get rear seats?
|
Seen pics of it on Instagram. Awesome awesome boat!!

34" 5 blade Dewald Props. I think 20 deg rake not sure on Diameter.
|
Congrats Darren, Boat looks totally awesome. Good numbers too. Im waiting on a set of 34 dewalds with 15.25 diameter and 20 degree rake. The standard ones I had originally were 15 Diameter if there is such a thing as standard. I say that because I had to ask for the additional Diameter when we built the second set. So happy for you. Have fun and have many hours of safe boating. Steve.
