Strap on some 4 litres...and we will be at 140ish. 140 has always been our goal.
but 1075s are about 1080 - 1200 how much power is lost through trans and 6 drive , I believe RBH has a dialed in cruiser pushing high 130s . Were you at loto during shootout weekend ?

I think you have it backwards. 6's have no gear lube thus easier to spin.. Am I wrong?

6 drives are faster. A 42 with 1075 merc runs 132-135mph.

WAYYYYYY to expesnive. And 150 is a little overzealous....lol.

Boat did 122 with 5 dudes in it (4 were 200+ lbs). Given this, I would guess that if it were light on fuel and one guy..it has 125ish in it as it sits now.

If we can pick up 8MPH with the 6's...then Id be happy. Six Drives are way faster than my lowers...plus we would then have great peace of mind with the setup.

Plus they look cool as hell...
