Frames up ready for Core,There on the Keel at the top of the stem you see that very first frame. I tried to make this portion of the build easy as possible.

Here is an end view of a plank Now on a tight radius one would use a smaller width here to make the wrap.

The edges of the frames need some wide cellophane Tape other wise you epoxy glue your boat to the jig!

Here is a photo for our future boatbuilders, that Kid in the botton photo would sand 8 hours with that 48" Metal file.

Here is the crease, I set the planks full width ,then struck a cut off line with the laser and ran the cut planks through molding the Cove side again and glued them into place (cove up for adhesive fill) and finished the plank run up the side. then sanding to a acceptable finish.

I mix by weight the ampreg 22 is 100:28 gives around a hour in the Florida heat, I use a pump (in ice water) to a roller on large Lamination 3000 gram batches my brother and the Kid I trained would get it right to the gram and Mixed 100% before they poured into the pump's cone, This no matter how much I was yelling and yanking on the hose.

we tried volume and when I checked it on the scales (.5 gram resolution) we could never get it so I was happy, even on the dead level table.

When the project was moved a AC lamination room with heat was added.
