Sharp carbide cutters here ,the Box cove setup was on the other side of the table, I wanted two setups end to end but there was not the room so I flipped the work over and handed it to a helper on the other side.

the way I had these frames cut they were "nested" saving plywood and making it easer for me to handle what was essentially a stack of Plywood. Marine Concepts, I can't say enough good about them really nice people there and Knocked this out Very Quick for me.
Like I said before usually there is a full size Loft in my operation and I pick up from the loft and cut them myself.
The top sheet has the first frames and that little one that looks like a tuning fork is frame #1 in reality.
