Another "Quick Bag" cheap body shop plastic film masking used for the bag ,the "Peel ply" was the same only perforated, Burlap was the breather,Masking tape sealed it with massive vacuum channels back to the source.

Steve:

I said this on another boating website but I will state it here too: The T4 really looks like truly unique design for an offshore V. The vents, steps, the whole design really has an "out of the box-clean sheet of paper" approach to a deep V offshore boating. The only other design I saw that seemed to have this is the Donzi 38 ZR comp. Most of the boats out there seemed to be Deep V's with steps grafted (or cut) into the hull. If you start with a clean sheet and design the hull with vented steps and other design criteria then you are truly using the full potential of the attributes rather than simply incoroporating them. I hope that you get to build the T4 someday and we can see the potential of the design.

Was an original T4 built for brochures and pictures?

Thanks for the reply,it was a vented bottom "addition" to the 41 line and was planned as our first Boat so with that, I chose to do something "different" and with safety in mind at the same time for my boss, Yes I plan on building it again one day in fact I had an inquiry about a 39 which I quoted. Best Regards
