Anything I buy is going to be machined and rebalanced to perfection so it does not really matter, I would never just install a crank and rods, my machinist pits clearances where I want them and such, I don't trust anything out of the box.

yes it should be but who knows what that guy used.. post a pic of the harmonic balancer..front and backside..

Balancing... Dude I am not an idiot, I think I show that here...I don't know it all, but not dumb by far, I make sure things are perfect when I have my stuff done and build it.
