I quit getting speeding tickets when someone broke into my truck and decided to steal my radar detector.

Escort Max 2 with escort Live. Matched up with laser shift. The Escort Live function in the iPhone allows all notifications to hit the network. incredible.

We used the Valentine on the way up to LOTO this year and it worked very well. The directional arrows were nice to let you know the direction of the radar.

I just down loaded the Waze App. It looks very interesting,

Valentine One. My wife still uses an original 20 year old Escort also designed by Mike Valentine that still works perfect. Both stay on the windshield at all times and have roasted in the Texas sun for years and continue to work perfectly.

No radar or laser needed, all timing and stripes. This is how aircraft enforcement works.

Also, be careful speeding on toll roads, especially those with gates at the end.
If you reach the "end" faster than you should have given your "begin" location; sometimes they won't open the gate. The cop just walks out and writes you a ticket based on your "trap" speed. I've seen it happen on the PA Turnpike.
This got me pulling my 43 BT on I-70 a few years ago. I argued that I wanted to see the radar but was explained the plane was checking my trap speed. I won't say what I was clocked at due to the fun police on OSO, however it was significantly higher than my peers that day I was informed....

That trap speed is some rule bullsh*t, I can see where a great deal of revenue would be generated using that technology. If that is ever utilized on the Atlantic City Expressway, NJ Turnpike and Garden State Parkway, I will never ever have a driver's license due to the amount of speeding tickets I would get. I am half screwed right now on a speeding ticket I received three weeks ago, the officer initially alleged I was doing 120 mph in a 55 mph zone, I explained on the scene that car's engine will limit my top speed to 110 mph max per General Motors, (I know from first hand testing). So he cut me a break (being sarcastic) and only wrote me for going 39 mph over. I have an Escort radar detector, I regret not having it with me, a good song came on, road was traffic free, I wanted to go fast, I love driving fast, end of story, there will be a price to pay for wanting to exceed the posted speed limit, and I am a traffic-criminal attorney, ....going to court for round #2 on this later this week.

Valentine seems to be the answer, so the solution appears to be Valentine and Waze? I know the real answer is slow down, don't speed, but sometimes I like to go fast, so it it is time to minimize the risk....
