Cause maybe that is the price THEY want for THEIR boat....if your not willing to pay it then just move on. They owner has every right to price it as they see fit.

sold with 800 hour 2 stroke Johnsons for $10k over NADA. ugh.
Would a 2000 36 with 400ish hour Verado 250's on it for 58K be a high price? My friend has been trying to sell his.

Is it the 2001 on boat trader? Looks pretty nice, price seems fair. There is a 2005 for 69,9 and a 2000 for 53,5 for comparisons. I think the older 36's with anything less than 300's might be a tough sale. Since the 300, 350, 400's made the scene, that's what people want.

Any chance that prices have to stay high cause guys are upside down on what they still owe on them?
I would assume most of these toys are financed, probably to the hilt. LOL

Doubt.

We own our current boat out right and have it listed high for what it is. Main cause we wpuld like to move on but are in zero rush and can enjoy it till we get the asking.....we get the itch to quick sell then we can lower the price and watch it go off.

I was in the same boat with the Sonic too, did have to sell it at first but was ready to move on. Once I got to were it was time to go I lowered to price and off it went.

Also my opinion is something that sits on the market for a long time at high price then reduced to lower price also scares away a lot of potential buyers. When something is new to the market, it generates a lot of interest, stuff that's been for sale forever doesn't.
