Gator- when you place your deposit does not determine your production date as dealers have deposits on build slots way in advance so while you may be ready to pull the trigger it might be worth your time to see what build slots your local dealer has or your timing may not work out. IMO your boat would have to start closer to Nov to benefit from a MIBS release, any sooner and they'll already have engines hung on it. Your dealer can help you work through the specifics they know way more than I.

great advice. Your dealer has to have a slot or you won’t get one next year. They put deposits on build times. My understanding they are into November of this year for start dates. You wait until August you won’t see a boat until November of 2019 if your lucky

Memorial Day & 4th of July holidays can also contribute to delays.
They are building a new building specifically for rigging so any transition to it may also cause a delay. Eventually the new building and 2nd spray booth should yield efficiencies.
My guess is Mid-Oct

get your head ready for delays. My boat came out of mold around 3rd week of October. Was told February delivery Then mid March. Then end of March. Then April 15tj. Nope. Got the boat may 11th. That close to seven months.!!! Great product. But on delivery they over promise and under deliver

I was anticipating an early March commencement, but just hit the mold two weeks ago. Frustrating, but nothing we can do about it.
As long as the final product remains as good as they’ve been, will be worth the wait.
