The Left treated President Trump horribly. No question. But Trump left himself open to it on so many fronts. Publicly asking Vladimir Putin to hack into his rivals' servers left him open to obvious backlash on the Russia front. Trump saying that he trusted the word of Putin over his own intelligence agencies didn't help either. Everyone makes mistakes. The problem with Trump is that he never seems to learn from his mistakes.
When the world was horrified by Putin invading an EU country of 44 million free people, Trump responds by calling Putin a genius. While Putin's troops are literally executing civilians in occupied territories, Trump is publicly calling on Putin to release info on Hunter Biden. The man makes nearly as many political gaffs as Biden. That said there is no accounting for bad taste or blindness to political reality.
With Biden's poll numbers in the tank because of his failed radical Leftist policies, AOC and her Leftist crew claim it's because Biden hasn't gone far enough to the Left. After Trump loses the House in 2018, the Presidency to a man with half a brain in 2020, and finally the Senate in early 2021, the prescription from the Trumpians is, We NEED MORE TRUMP! Gotcha! I"m so looking forward to paying $8 for a gallon of gas in 2026 after Trump loses again in 2024.

None of this is anything but disingenuous. Trump didn't invite Putin to hack Hillary's emails. It was a campaign joke, meant to highlight how corrupt Hillary was. Yes... It WAS genius for Putin to attack Ukraine while the US was so weak under Biden's leadership. It was the TIMING he was referring to, not Putin Himself. With the way the intelligence department was treating the situation around him, I don't blame Trump for making the comparison. And, if ANYBODY has info on Hunter, we need to see it. I don't care if it's coming from Adolf Hitler.
This milquetoast crap has to end.
Thanks. Brad.

I do not dislike DiSantis in the least, and I would vote for him in a New York minute, should he get the nod. But....
Most of this post is nothing but capitulating to the strobe effect the Left was so persistent with. Everything was a crisis. Everything was Trump's fault, whether it was or it wasn't. It's all falsehoods or gaslighting that comments and actions by Trump were wrong or bad. Trump was right about everything, from election fraud to Covid relief checks we couldn't afford to write. All of it. He was right about everything. Still is. Yes. He had a way about him that rubbed people the wrong way. Who cares? So did Teddy. So did Churchill. Calling somebody and arsehole, when they're an arsehole, is the proper response, not bullying, or whatever.
And Trump didn't tell Kemp to manufacture ballots. We all KNEW there were a dumptruck load of fraudulent ballots. He told Kemp to FIND them. If your opponent had scrubbed just enough strokes off their score to beat you in the Masters, and the league simple shrugged their shoulders over it, you'd be pissed, too. And you'd be pissed if we suggested your outrage was merely a tantrum.
The only way we're going to save this country is to stop referring to William Thomas as anything other than William, stop accepting the loss of elections we didn't lose and stop capitulating when they say, "It's just a statue", among so many other things. We've been giving an inch and giving an inch and giving an inch for so damned long, we haven't even noticed they've taken the whole country. Enough. It's time to stop turning the other cheek and slap the FARQ out of them when they do desperately deserve it.

Thanks. Brad.

That combativeness worked for him at first because no Republican had ever fought back like Trump. It endeared many to Trump who the Left had accused of being racist for simply not supporting the bad deas of the Left. What has hurt Trump since 2016 is that the man just cannot articulate a reasoned point of view to safe his life. Yea he can tell a funny story or insult someone he doesn't like to fire up a crowd of supporters, but to debate an opponent, or a reporter, by articulating a reasoned argument, Nope. Wrong guy.
Trump literally lost the first debate to a man with half a brain. There is no bs-ing that away. Trump lost a debate to Joe-I-don't-know-what-state-I'm-currently-in -Biden. Can you imagine Ron Desantis losing a Debate to Joe Biden? Rigged questions or not. Seriously? Can you imagine the Left trying to link Desantis to Russian collusion and holding up his Presidency for 3 freaking years? Desantis would hold one press conference, lay out ALL the facts and clearly show how ridiculous the whole thing was - and move the hell on. That is what Trump should have done, needed to do, but he simply does not have the mental capacity to pull something like that off. Instead he brings more heat on himself by saying he trusts Putin's word more than his own Intel people. That's how Trump responded to being in bed with Putin. Think that helped his cause?
IMO people who would still nominate Trump refuse to acknowledge the ****-show that he concocted on Jan 6th. For God's sake Trump incited a mob to go after his own VP. Intentional incited them or not - he did incited them to the point that they rampaged through the Capital. Are you OK with that? Can you imagine our reaction if Obama had lost in 2012 and incited a mob to intimidate Congress into not certifying the election? We on the right would have rightfully lost our minds.
Trump had one legal recourse when he lost in 2020. The courts. But he couldn't prove his cases in court - even in front of Republican judges. It's a documented fact that Trump didn't even allege fraud in the vast majority of his post-election lawsuits. He told the public that he lost because of fraud, but then had no evidence of it, so he filed most of his lawsuits on the basis of states allowing mail-in-ballots that had not been properly approved by legislatures. He got nowhere because the courts had no remedy for him AFTER the election had already happened. Their only remedy would have been to toss out millions of votes of people who had simply followed their states election instructions. Trump needed to fight those mail-in-ballot changes before the election, but he didn't. And it cost him.
And No, Gov Kemp cannot FIND THE VOTES to put Trump over the top. Are you fregging kidding me? But since the election Kemp and the Republican party of GA have worked to improve the election integrity in GA so the Covid-caused loose methods of 2020 never happen again, and have taken a mountain of heat from the Left for doing it. Trump continues to trash Republicans like Kemp who are working to ensure the integrity of future elections that do matter, while Trump wants to focus on the 2020 election that cannot be overturned. Who is being more productive?
I do appreciate what Trump did to show Republicans that they needed to grow a set to fight back against the Left. But now he's just an out of touch fregging Dinosaur who's main focus is relitigating the 2020 election. To me Trump is just an anchor around the necks of Republicans at this point. He could evolve, and change, and improve himself, but he cannot and won't. Nominating Trump again would be like trying to nominate Nixon again if he had been allowed to run. Why in the hell would Republicans want to expose ourselves to that chit-show again. And at least Nixon could learn from his mistakes.

The difference between Trump and Desantis is that when some Leftist reporter is trying to gaslight Desantis he destroys them on the spot with facts and reasoned arguments - not just personal attacks. Trump on the other hand never takes the time and effort to learn the facts about issues and mostly responds with insults like, You're a BAD REPORTER. You're Newspaper is failing. Your Network is FAKE NEWS.

I think kemp, is trying to cover his own rear, but I also feel the world still even with all we know now, we havent even scratched the surface of the criminal family known as the DNC. for people like pelosi, schumer, schiff and nadler to be able to weaponize congress, obfuscating all facts and literally stop a sitting president is a national security problem. Also go back to 2013 and look at what edward snowden said about how government would take control... everything he said has come true, yet "government"labeled him a traitor.

Oh please do explain to me how effing genius it was for Putin to wage this unprovoked war in Ukraine. When I look at all the burned out Russian tanks, and the downed Russian planes, and the dead Russian soldiers, with Russian forces now retreating on all fronts, with Russians at home facing empty shelves and crippling sanctions that will smash their economy, I fail to see the genius in Putin's invasion.
While every other leader on the planet sees tragedy, and folly, and waste of human life, Trump sees genius. He's such a visionary in that way.

When reporters ask ridiculous question that serve no purpose but to beg the Leftist narrative question, the proper response is to deny it the dignity of an answer and to put them in their place. They ARE bad reporters. They ARE fake news. They deserve nothing more.
Do racers let their foot off the throttle when they take the lead in the second lap? No. They don't. Then why would Trump pump the brakes after winning the election? The combativeness won the battle that was the 2016 election. But there is still a war to be won. And, to the point that he cannot articulate a reasoned response.... Trump has been right on literally everything. And we all benefitted from it. I don't CARE how he says if or if widdle feewings got bruised.
Trump didn't lose the first debate. Not, at least, if your listening to just about anybody that isn't a talking head for CNN or MSNBC. And, YES.... The Left has developed a proven strategy to shut down ANY Republican in their way. If you think that Disantis isn't going to a racist, misogynist, xenophobic white nationalist... Everything that Trump WASN'T until he decided to challenge Hillary for her throne.... You're kidding yourself. And it's this milquetoast capitulation that makes is work for them. They have been doing it to literally anybody standing in their way since proving the strategy worked in the years following 2016. They suggested that Winsome Sears was only elected because of RACISM, FFS..... They will do the same to DiSantis or whoever the Republicans offer up as a challenge to either Biden or Harris. They don't need anybody carrying their water. They already have a bucket.
There was no insurrection, and Trump did nothing to incite whatever it was. There are plenty of people in this country, plenty well enough armed. If there were to be an attempted insurrection, there'd have been an insurrection. As it were, there were literally ZERO weapons, other than those carried in by Capitol Police, present at the incident. And what about "Go down to the Capitol Building and have your voice peacefully heard" sounds like something that would incite a riot? But that's what the Left wasn't to propagate. Don't forget their bucket.
Trump wasn't asking for Kemp to find more votes for HIM. He was asking Kemp to find THE fraudulent votes we all know were there. And those cases never saw the sunlight they should have. They were dismissed without so much as a whimper of consideration. And the more we see from those who refuse to capitulate, the more we see how much of a travesty that was. Don't forget their bucket.
Honestly, I don't really care about Trump. We got a lot of good from his terms. We should have gotten a lot more good from his second term, but we were robbed of that. Some of us WOULD like to see what we were robbed of returned to us. But the Left wants us to shrug and move on, because that's what thieves do when they have the court of public opinion swinging for them. Don't forget their bucket.
Trump wasn't praising Putin for the invasion or any of the horrors we all condemn. He acknowledged the TIMING of it. You know... When the US is so weak, from Biden's lack of leadership....? Any military strategist will tell you the timing couldn't have been better. But CNN will tell the gullible that this is a sign that Trump is Putin's hip pocket. Don't forget their bucket.
I won't be posting any more on this. We have too much in common to drop the kid gloves and really go at it about it. But my spine is still intact.
Thanks. Brad.
