Intake almost ready and will be test fitted the last time during the next week. Got a nice set of johnsson 2126bbr lifters from Sporl performance, and currently checking the valvetrain geometry. I went with the shortest valves that was possible with the my 290cc floteks, 5.35" exh/ 5.32" int, and got perfect 040" sweep right in the center of the valve tip with 1.7 crane gold rockers. Isky 9005 spirngs 185/470lbs. Damn those 2.3" ferrea intake valves are heavy, 155g so going to use titanium retainers at intake side to get the weight closer to the exhaus valve, wich is 135g.

No cam sync? Just crank trigger?
Can you run sequential with just crank trigger?

Only 36-1 crank trigger, sequential fuel / wasted spark ignition. Sequential ignition needs cam trigger. At first i was thinking to use the tb distributor as cam trigger, and run sequential ign, but i dont know if need the sequential ignition that much.

Some progress for a long time. Plenum to intake alignemet was horrible wich is now corrected.

Going to give final touch for the plenum port entrys tomorrow and intake is ready.
Also timed the cam and set the icl to 108. The cam is 240/245 @050, 301/306 @006", 114lsa, 0.665/0.665 lift. I may advance the cam 2 degrees more 106icl before the first dyno pull, and then set the icl to 110 and see how it effects the powerband.

added alignemet pins for plenum before port matching

You can batch fire it and never know the difference unless there is a problem with air distribution where you would need to tune each cylinder.

I want to keep it sequential, exactly for that reason.
