This project seems to be never ending battle. The oil pan kickout is so wide that there is no chance to make the merc raw water pump to fit. I knew i need some kind of mine starter motor, but i tought the pump would fitt. Wonder how the johnsson F6B-9 crank mount pump would work?

Engine is running, 2 weeks to dyno test. First pulls with big tube headers and 10 lambda, then with wet stainless marine manifolds. Are you guys using Sealant with the sm riser gaskets? What sparkplugs i should use? I have ngk bkr6e now installed.

Shouldn't have to seal the gaskets as long as the surface is in good shape.

Sae j1349 corrected power. 32dg timing. There is still vacum at max rpm, maybe the flame arrestors are restricting the air flow. 2 1000cfm throttle bodies wide open

Guys,

For my education, you would prop this boat to run WOT at a 56-5700 RPM, correct?

Thanks. Brad.
