I kicked mine out from the inside....my engines were out though

They were in with silicone.

Got them out by putting a 2x4 on the inside and beating on them hard with a 10 lb. hammer. They were only siliconed but were really stuck - they were in the transom holes really tight. The new ones (Rex) have a little less diameter and went in easily. Thanks for the suggestions.
